Bought online and changed your mind? You have 14 days from receipt to withdraw, without giving a reason (Article 10 of our Terms of Sale). Fill in the form, check your request, then click “Confirm withdrawal”: you immediately receive an acknowledgement by email.

Exceptions provided for by law (Article L221-28): goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised, and digital content not supplied on a tangible medium where performance has begun with your express consent.
